Traditionally, yoga practice is developed through a relationship between teacher and student. Private yoga sessions allow me to work with you in a tailored manner that maximises the benefits to achieve your personal goals. Your purpose could be fitness related, managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury; perhaps you are using yoga to improve your mental health, address pain or to change how your body feels. Regardless of what brings you to yoga, I will work with you to develop a practice tailored to your needs.
Group classes offer structured programs that seek to develop your connection to mind and body, whilst introducing you to the eight limbs of yoga. Small class sizes ensure that I can offer individual modifications. I use mindful, breath centred movement, pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation and meditation. This is a great way to help build strength, improve flexibility and balance and improve your overall sense of wellbeing.
Casual classes and structured courses are available.
Using a remote yoga studio I can connect with you using Zoom* to offer you a class in real-time in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
The current climate is limiting our physical movements, social interactions and consequently our productivity and mental wellbeing. During this time yoga is especially beneficial as it nourishes our connection to mind and body, whilst grounding us in our sense of purpose and routine.
I am always happy to chat with you about how my yoga offerings can fit your needs. If you would like advice or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
* Zoom is a proprietary Web conferencing service that provides easy to use connectivity via internet browser. I send an email invite with a link to click on, you will be asked to register with your email address and the meeting connect link will then be supplied to you.
